Fix: cannot download
Fix download access problems on finipher.com.
Use this when the installer is missing, disabled, or blocked.
Steps
- Sign in at finipher.com/company/auth.
- Open Account.
- Confirm your email is verified.
- Confirm your Personal trial or plan is active.
- Open Downloads.
- Choose the correct macOS or Windows installer.
On a Mac
Download the .dmg for Apple Silicon or Intel.
On Windows
Download the .exe for x64 or ARM64.
You'll know it worked when
The installer begins downloading.
If this doesn't work
Try another browser, then email [email protected] with your account email and operating system.
