Fix: cannot download

Fix download access problems on finipher.com.

Use this when the installer is missing, disabled, or blocked.

Steps

  1. Sign in at finipher.com/account/sign-in.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Confirm your email is verified.
  4. Confirm a trial or plan is active.
  5. Open Downloads.
  6. Choose the macOS or Windows installer.

On a Mac

Download the .dmg that matches your Mac.

On Windows

Download the .exe from this page only. SmartScreen can appear on the current unsigned beta.

You'll know it worked when

The installer begins downloading.

If this doesn't work

Try another browser, then email [email protected] with your account email and operating system. You can also use the web app without an installer.
