Fix: empty dashboard

Fix a Dashboard that shows no results after upload.

Use this when Dashboard is blank or does not match your uploaded statements.

Steps

  1. Open Documents and confirm the file is listed.
  2. If it is only staged or uploaded, open Upload and click Process Documents.
  3. Wait for the job to finish. Cloud jobs can sit in a queue.
  4. Open Dashboard.
  5. Set the toolbar date range to All statements. Current month hides older files.
  6. Confirm you are in Personal, not a Small Business workspace.

Dashboard shows dates, spending, or Needs you first from the document.
