Finipher Private Cloud
Read statements on Finipher’s private service from the web, desktop, or phone.
Finipher Private Cloud is for people who want the same workbench on more than one device without installing a local model.
Steps
- Sign in with your finipher.com account.
- Choose Finipher Private Cloud as the location.
- Add files on Upload (web or desktop) or Add (phone). They stay staged on that device.
- Click Process Documents. That send creates a job. Progress follows the cloud queue and can take minutes when the service is busy.
- Open Dashboard, Actions, or Tax packet on any signed-in client.
What you should know
- Files are encrypted in transit and in storage. Finipher staff do not browse customer documents.
- Documents stay under your account until you delete them.
- The same Cloud documents, linked banks, and inbox verbs appear on web, Mac Cloud, and phone Full Mode.
- Pause and Stop are Local Mode controls. Cloud jobs wait on the queue.
Organization
If you enter a workplace URL instead, that organization runs the service and can open the files. Finipher does not receive them. Retention follows their rules.
Small Business
The Personal Cloud workbench is live. Small Business Pulse / Cash / Profit on Private Cloud is not available yet. Use Local Mode on the desktop for a business workspace.
You'll know it worked when
The location badge reads CLOUD, a job appears after Process Documents, and the same statement shows on another signed-in device.
If this doesn't work
Confirm you are signed in with the trial email. If a send fails on the phone, use Retry on Processing — “Waiting for a connection” only means the phone is offline.
