Search your statements and ask source-backed questions in Finipher.
Use Search to find passages and Chat to ask questions about your documents.
Steps
- Process your documents first.
- Open Search to find a phrase, merchant, account type, or topic.
- Open Chat to ask a question in plain English.
- Read the answer.
- Check the source references before using a number.
Warning
Chat answers are based only on uploaded documents. If a statement is missing, the answer can be incomplete.
You'll know it worked when
Search returns excerpts and Chat answers with source references.
If this doesn't work
Confirm the document status is indexed. If needed, process the document again.
