Search and Ask
Search your statements and ask source-backed questions.
Use Search to find a passage. Use Ask (some screens still say Chat) to ask a question in plain English.
Steps
- Process your documents first.
- Open Search for a merchant, account type, or phrase.
- Open Ask for a question.
- Read the answer.
- Open the source page before you use a number.
Warning
Answers come only from processed documents. If a statement is missing, the answer can be incomplete. Finipher is not advice.
You'll know it worked when
Search returns excerpts and Ask answers with source references you can open.
If this doesn't work
Confirm the document finished processing. Process it again if Search has nothing to index.
