Fix: app says unlicensed

Fix license activation when the desktop app does not recognize your paid plan.

Most license issues come from using two different emails.

Steps

  1. Open Account at finipher.com.
  2. Note the email shown there.
  3. Open Finipher on your Mac or Windows PC.
  4. Sign out of the app.
  5. Sign in again with the exact same email.
  6. Open Settings → License.

Warning

Guest does not activate a paid license.

You'll know it worked when

Settings → License shows an active Personal license.

If this doesn't work

Confirm your trial or plan is active on Account. Email [email protected] with both emails if you used the wrong one.
