Sign in on the app
Sign in on desktop, web, or phone with the same email so the license activates.
Use the same email everywhere. Finipher starts with email, then asks for your password.
On the web
- Go to finipher.com/app or choose App in the header.
- Enter your email, then your password.
- If you have no trial yet, you land on Account to start one.
On Mac or Windows
- Open Finipher.
- Enter the same email and password.
- If two-factor authentication is on, enter the authenticator code, email code, or a recovery code.
- Choose Local Mode, Finipher Private Cloud, or an organization if the app asks.
On the phone
Sign in with that email, then choose This phone on its own or Alongside my computer.
Warning
A different email means no license. Guest exists only on the desktop Local Mode app. The web app does not offer Guest.
You'll know it worked when
The workbench opens and Settings shows your email, not Guest.
If this doesn't work
Compare the email on Account with the email shown in the app. Then see Fix: app says unlicensed.
