Pair your phone
Pair the phone with your Mac or Windows app for Companion Mode.
Pair only after the desktop app is signed in and licensed. Use this path for Alongside my computer.
Steps
- Open Finipher on your Mac or Windows PC.
- Go to Settings → Companion phone.
- Turn on sync if you want phone viewing.
- Choose Pair a phone.
- Open Finipher on your phone.
- Sign in with the same website email.
- Choose Alongside my computer.
- Scan the QR code.
- Confirm the same short phrase appears on both devices.
Warning
If the phrase does not match, cancel and start again.
You'll know it worked when
The phone lands on Today and the desktop app lists the paired device.
If this doesn't work
Refresh the QR code, confirm the same email, and try again before the code expires.
