Personal vs Small Business
Keep household statements and business invoices in different workspaces.
Finipher will not mix Personal and Small Business for you. You choose the workspace before you upload.
Use Personal for
Your bank and card statements, household bills, tax forms, and a household with one other adult.
Use Small Business for
Invoices, suppliers, business accounts, and cash for one named business.
What never happens
- Uploading a business invoice while Personal is selected does not create a business book.
- Deleting Personal data does not delete a business.
- Deleting a business does not delete Personal.
- Household sharing never includes a business workspace.
You'll know it worked when
You can switch workspaces from the account menu and each one has its own documents.
If this doesn't work
Look at the name in the account menu before every upload. If a file landed in the wrong place, delete that document there and upload it in the other workspace.
