Small Business

Open a separate workspace for one business. Personal statements stay out of it.

Small Business is a second workbench for invoices, suppliers, and cash — not a filter on Personal.

Steps

  1. Start a Small Business trial ($29.99 / month after two months) or add a business from the account menu.
  2. Name the workspace. One Small Business plan includes one workspace. Extra businesses are $19.99 each.
  3. Switch to that name in the account menu. The sidebar becomes Pulse, Cash, Profit, Documents, and Agent.
  4. Upload business documents only. Process them there.
  5. Use Delete on a business row when that workspace should go away.

Where it runs today

The desktop Local Mode app is the supported path. Finipher Private Cloud shows that Small Business is not available yet. Phone Full Mode may show labelled demo data until Cloud business lands. Companion Mode stays Personal.

Isolation

Personal Delete data does not empty a business. Business Delete data does not empty Personal. Do not mix the two document piles.

You'll know it worked when

The account menu shows the business name, and Pulse is empty of household card spend.

If this doesn't work

If you only see Personal pages, you are still in Personal. Switch workspaces from the account menu.
