This phone on its own
Process statements on the phone with Finipher Private Cloud or an organization.
Full Mode uses your finipher.com account. There is no second login for the reading service.
Steps
- Sign in on the phone.
- Choose This phone on its own.
- Confirm Finipher Private Cloud, or enter an organization URL.
- Add PDFs or photos. They stay on the phone.
- Tap Process documents. Progress is on Processing.
- Open Today, Actions, and Spending.
Actions
Handle now, Snooze, Expected, and Remind me write to the same inbox as the web app and Mac Cloud. Tap an amount to open the source page.
Accounts
Library → Accounts lists Cloud linked banks. Connect with Plaid opens the same link flow as the web app. Companion Mode still tells you to link on the computer.
Business
If a business workspace exists, Full Mode can show Pulse, Cash, Profit, Docs, and Agent. Until Private Cloud business is live, demo-labelled numbers are examples.
You'll know it worked when
A processed file appears on Today, and another signed-in Cloud device shows the same document.
If this doesn't work
A failed send shows Retry on Processing. “Waiting for a connection” means the phone is offline. See Fix: phone empty or wrong account.
